Mrs X has logged long ago for an operation. (Almost exactly one year). When registering, they announced that a surgery is it possible from a certain date.

The date was then scheduled, and finally sent to the patient. This takes 4-5 weeks before surgery, so time is enough order to prepare for the procedure (the approximate time of enrollment you know - especially if you enter a preferred date).

And Mrs. X is not an isolated case - that always happens! Do people think that we can smell their files? Or that they are a little bird whispers?
