I've got in last purchase already shown that I bought new cheap eyeliner pencils. At first I thought the pins are meant to be very hard and have poor color output.
Now I have already paid all the colors and I must say I'm satisfied. They are all soft and without much pressure to apply. Sorry to keep it bad on the water line, but since that was not my intention is okay. Of course you can not work with them so very precise, but I have not found a eh Kajal;.) I do wear them until the white pen, all as eyeliner. The yellow color I'm not so sure.
